To cancel your site, click on 'Dashboard' -> 'Account' -> 'Billing', then look to the right side of the page. If you are within 30 days of converting your site to paid, we will automatically issue you a full refund. Refunds are batched every few days. If you cancel outside the 30 day refund period, we just do not charge you any further. <p> If you are a free trial site canceling, please note that trial sites are self-cancelling if the 'Pay for site' button in the editing toolbar is not clicked. <p> All expired/cancelled sites are held in our system for 60 days after the last active day, and can be retrieved for activation at any time during this period.
