To get your refund, cancel your website by clicking on 'Dashboard' -> 'Account' -> 'Billing', then look on the right side of the page. If the cancel date is within 30 days of converting your site to paid, we will automatically issue your refund. <p> Refunds are batched every few days. Due to normal bank processing times, it takes about 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, from the time it was refunded.
