How do I view, process and refund my orders?

<p><strong><br> To view and process orders in your site:</strong></p> <ol> <li> Click the <strong>‘Edit Store ’</strong> tab on the toolbar.</li> <li> Click <strong>‘Orders’</strong>. </li> </ol> <p>Orders are shown, 50 per page, from newest to oldest. To view the details for an order, click on the order number in the leftmost column of the order summary. </p> <p> You will then see the customer's shipping and billing information, the product(s) they purchased and a breakdown of the charges for each. Only the 4 last digits of the customer’s credit card will be displayed, unless you have chosen to process payment manually. If you have chosen manual payment processing, the entire credit card number will be shown.</p> <p> Below the payment details, you can use the radio buttons to mark what stage of processing the order is at. </p> <p>[img]statusradiobuttons.gif[/img]<br> <br> The way you receive the funds from your order depends on the payment processing method you chose. If you have chosen PayPal or Authorize.net for payment processing, they will process the payment for you.
